I finished my Masters degree in teaching in June 2013. I worked as a Teachers Assistant for 8 years prior to finishing my Masters degree. I had a lot of contact with different teachers and teaching styles. I am able to design a lesson for all learning levels, that is my strong suit. I can help your student based on what your student needs specifically. I am highly qualified by the state of Illinois in Reading and Remedial Reading instruction. That includes spelling, vocabulary, phonics, and grammar. I have a working knowledge of the new common core practices of the schools in Illinois. I also have worked with students that are struggling in the schools while I was a student teacher. I am licensed to teach ages 3-21.
