Hobbies

I grew up an avid jazz and classical musician playing the alto saxophone. I really enjoy many types of yoga (kundalini/ashtanga/vinyasa) and have been practicing for over six years. I truly enjoy the outdoors and love to hike, swim, kayak, skydive, scuba dive, rock climb and just be in nature. I have a passion for science and media. I love being behind the microphone and hosting my podcasts. It's a thrill for me to design a storyboard and create good scientific information for the public to consume, especially in a time when there is so much bad information about. I definitely consider myself to have an entrepreneurial spirit. One of the joys of my life is to create something out of nothing. Whether it be Biolitics, my soon to be tutoring company, or media that I put out there, I really just love to create!
